Project PUŠ 2025

The project entitled Authentic and Sustainable Tourism Experience in the Slovenian Countryside was created as part of the call for proposals Problem-Based Learning of Students in the Work Environment and was designed and implemented by students and mentors at the Faculty of Design in 2025.

Trends in tourism dictate a shift towards nature, authenticity of offerings, and experiential tourism with individual experiences that are reflected in the overall image of the offering. As part of an interdisciplinary project, students focused on the design of sustainable tourism offerings in the Slovenian countryside —creating experiences for families with children and for companies, as well as workwear, the visual identity of a mobile point of sale, foldable furniture, and textile products and souvenirs that tell a story and reflect an attitude towards tradition, interwoven with modernity and sustainability and the circular process of creation.

I designed a visual identity that includes the development of a logotype and symbol in primary and secondary positioning, with and without a tagline. The tagline is unique in its flexibility — with each new region the trailer visits, the tagline changes, reflecting its movement and local connections. The tagline is therefore designed as a separate sticker that can be easily replaced. Typographic guidelines and a color palette were also defined, and a playful mascot was designed to visually connect all the elements. A series of stickers was also prepared for labeling and decorating the trailer.
